Much of our work would not have been possible without the help and the encouragement of individuals and orgs around the world that participated in and partnered with Insight Labs, the non-profit precursor to GREEN::HOUSE. For freely giving time and talents—and for the belief—we thank them one and all. Further, we would like to acknowledge those who have partnered with UX For Good over the years; and the designers who made the projects with GREEN::HOUSE and Insight Labs a success. We could not have done what we did, where we did it, without those “maginficent beings.” Lastly, we must recognize and thank Marilyn Flynn, former dean of The Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work at USC. She invited us to author the first-ever practicing doctoral degree in social innovation, leadership, and change by challenging us to develop what became the GREEN::HOUSE Theory of Social Innovation. That theory informs every one of our projects across sectors; and enables us to help leaders who are committed to doing the most good for our world enact meaningful, measurable change. Because we know that no single org, certainly no single individual, can “save the world.” Simply put, we are Smarter Together.
