Miles is Director of Strategy and Transformation at the Money Advice Trust, where he leads the organization's strategic roadmap and transformation agenda. He is focused on driving innovation to advance the Trust's mission to prevent financial difficulty and remove problem debt from people's lives. Miles works at the intersection of strategy, technology, innovation, and social impact, helping the Trust to harness change to deliver better outcomes for customers, colleagues, and society. By connecting vision with practical execution, aligning the organization to changing client needs and a rapidly evolving external landscape, he enables sustainable growth and strengthens the Trust's ability to serve more people, more effectively. Before joining the Money Advice Trust, Miles built his career in wealth and investment management, holding director-level roles and advising a wide range of financial services organizations, from fintech start-ups to global firms. He is a founding member of the GREEN::HOUSE Collective.
